ReplyDeleteएक छोटा सा गाँव था, जहाँ मुस्कान नाम की एक छोटी लड़की अपनी माँ के साथ रहती थी। मुस्कान के पिता नहीं थे, और उसकी माँ दूसरों के घरों में काम करके घर चलाती थी।
मुस्कान बहुत होशियार थी, लेकिन उसके पास स्कूल जाने के लिए न तो अच्छे कपड़े थे और न ही किताबें। वह रोज़ स्कूल के बाहर एक पेड़ के नीचे बैठकर मास्टर जी की बातें सुनती थी।
एक दिन की बात है...
स्कूल की छुट्टी होने के बाद, मुस्कान को सड़क पर एक पुरानी, चमकदार पेंसिल मिली। उसने सोचा, "शायद यह किसी बच्चे की गिर गई होगी।" उसने उसे उठा लिया और घर आकर ज़मीन पर एक सुंदर सा फूल बनाया।
जैसे ही उसने फूल बनाया, उसे लगा जैसे वह फूल हकीकत में महकने लगा हो। मुस्कान समझ गई कि उसकी मेहनत और लगन ने उसकी कल्पना में जान फूँक दी है।
